Not friendly. If you are emigrants you not get appointment... every don't care you sick or not.. I waiting appointment 4 weeks and never get!!!!!! I change GP!!!!!!
Absolutely Disgusting....Booking an appointment is a complete joke and as for getting a repeat prescription!!!!!3 months in a row there has been problems with medication I have been taking for 10 years.... being delayed even after seeing a doctor twice and sorting it out only for another doctor to come in and override it ( in my best interests apparently - without contacting me or caring to read my records ), was promised call backs on the progress but nothing, told only calling on the day at 8am is your only hope of an appointment in the next 2 weeks.I may change my opinion in the future but at the moment the Surgery is failing me miserablely
Had a really stressful time trying to order my medication and it ended up going to London. Called this morning and a lovely lady called Lynn got it retracted from London and made an emergency prescription for me. Couldnt be more thankful as I had run out of meds. Thank you so much for helping.
I wouldve given this surgery 5 stars as I cant praise the doctors and nurses enough every time I see them theyve been nothing but helpful and understanding. What really lets this surgery down is a fairly rude and abrupt receptionist. Ive had a reoccurring infection since February and Ive now had three prescriptions that havent worked, Ive also had two weeks off work and at 8.80 a pop works out quite expensive! The doctor specifically requested that if my last prescription didnt work I would need further testing and to call and arrange an appointment. So the last two days Ive called and twice been told (without taking any information from me) to go elsewhere as there is no appointments.I dont drive so no Im not willing to roam the streets of Norwich looking for a doctor whos willing to see me! Isnt that what I pay my NI for? Isnt that why Im registered at this practice? My last appointment with them was a nightmare as well I was seeing a medical GP checked in on the screen with my appointment being 4.30 and had the usual message youre now recorded as arrived, take a seat 45 minutes later I receive a text message (in reception of the surgery) telling me I missed my appointment so I go see the receptionist who tells me I shouldve filled in a form now nowhere within this surgery was I told or was it even advertised above the check in screen (like a sign for example?) that a form had to be filled in if you are seeing a medical GP so I had to wait again for another appointment I was eventually seen at 5.45 by a doctor.
