I guess this is a problem with every surgery but their booking system is very bad. You call at 8am and can't get through as everyone's been told to call at the same time. When you finally get through, you get told there's no appointments and go into a walk in centre or to go to a surgery that's not where you live. GP surgeries are becoming a bit of a joke. It such a hassle to book an appt.On the plus side when you do finally get seen the doctors are very pleasant and actually give you time to talk about the problem and offer a good solution. The booking system is a massive let down. And it's everywhere even in London.

Liz, nurse practitioner, is absolutely lovely- so caring and kind. Actually felt like she cared about me as a person. Seen before my appointment time as I happened to get there slightly earlier. Got in to see her same day also and receptionist didnt try and argue with me on the phone (as has happened at other surgeries). Generally very impressed by the surgery.
I don't recommend this clinic to people who are non-British, due to my experiences of racist behaviours from some of the staff there.
This surgery is truly brilliant! My family (especially the kids)are usually seen by Dr O'Shea and Dr Prabhu and they are always patient and kind to us.They are extremely dedicated and committed to their job and you get the feeling that they truly care. They are just great doctors and genuinely good human beings! A special mention for Dr Perez - Morales (who saw my daughter last evening). Dr Perez-Morales called to check if my daughter was feeling better after an earlier appointment. My daughter was still quite unwell and she offered to see her straightaway. All the nurses and practitioners always have a smile on their face. We've truly hit jackpot with this surgery!! Thank you so much!
