Fantastic I couldnt ask for more I have high nerves with the dentist they were brilliant with me
The receptionist is awful.First time I called I was told they could only see me if I had a referral. After calling my dentist they made it clear this practice is for emergencies and to call again. So I did just that and after being 'caught out' she then explained they could but I'd have to wait the weekend until Monday to call up/come in. I called 111 because I could not wait the weekend and they kept suggesting Siskin. So I called the next day and was presented with the same answer. Not to call until Monday even though I was told by 111 I had to be seen within 24hr and had a reference number. I was told they weren't open today but I knew they were so questioned this and was then told a different answer on how they only deal with pre-book appointments on the weekend. I do not understand why on two occasions she would need to lie to me before I correct her on information I already know. I understand this practice gets extremely busy but that is no excuse for lying to people who are in urgent need of help. Not professional.
Brilliant, Best Dentist I have ever Used.
One of the best dentists I've ever come across not only very very clean,room cleaned between every patient and not just equipt . I'm very very nervous of any dentists but they have loads of empathy,but are friendly people there X
Absolutely amazing as always from the reception staff (who get regularly abused) to the amazing dental assistants to the brilliant dentist Alex who removed my tooth today after utter agony for weeks my dentist wouldnt do it! So grateful to all the staff second time they have fixed me thank you
