Took my 3 children to have a check up , we didnt have to wait for our appointment which was good as waiting can cause anxiety. Carlos spoke to them all in a very caring and professional way , explained what was happening at all times and made them feel relaxed .
Hygienist was very reassuring and good but however the orthodontist nurse wasnt pleasant and didnt have good hygiene. Dreading every time going there. Wouldnt recommend but other staff were good too. Especially the hygienist
I recently changed to Friends Dental Practice on the recommendation of friends. I saw Carlos who was very friendly and professional, showed me my radiographs and put my mind at ease about a problem I have had. I was impressed and booked my six monthly check up when I left.The nurse and receptionists were all very pleasant and coping well with a temperamental computer system.Very nicely decorated waiting room and surgery.I have had further appointments at Friends DP. Completely satisfied every time with all aspects of treatment and service. Carlos is always friendly and puts you at ease, the nurses and receptionist are lovely. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment to have my crown recemented. So lucky to attend such a nice practice.Today was a visit to have a filling replaced. As usual the staff were all friendly and efficient and Carlos was friendly and professional. It seems to be a lovely place to work.
I have seen different dentists here but have finally found not only a good dentist Anjali, but a brilliant hygienist Peggy. Between them they have made suggestions about using the correct toothbrush, how to brush correctly etc as I have gum disease. Having just seen Peggy she was pleased with my oral hygiene and felt that my gums were improving, which will result in less teeth needing extraction in the future or hopefully none! Apart from this they are both cheerful and helpful at every visit. Although I will never look forward to visiting the dentist, these ladies and the helpful receptionists make things much more bearable.
Anjali is by far the best dentist we have ever been treated by. She is a dream with our two young boys and really puts us all at ease. She has performed some tricky treatments on my teeth with great skill and competence and always takes great care to explain what she is doing, why she is doing it and how we need to care for our teeth after treatments. I would highly recommend.
