Had botox today and it was a wonderful experience. Was greeted warmly by lovely, professional receptionists. Zelda did the botox treatment and was amazing, she was so gentle that I didn't feel a thing. The lovely nurses, Vicky, Bala and Sam were brilliant and made me laugh. I highly recommend having treatment here.
I was referred here by my usual dentist for an extraction under sedation and I have to say that the entire process was probably the most positive experience I've ever had at a dentists! All the staff did their utmost to put me at ease and I had a lovely nurse talking to me and holding my hand while the cannula was inserted. After that I really don't remember anything of the actual procedure - which is a good thing! I do remember that every single member of staff - receptionists, nurses, the dentist and the sedationist - was absolutely lovely and I felt very well cared for before, during and after treatment. I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially for anxious patients!
An amazing dental practise. Have used Barrack Street for many years and would never consider going elsewhere.These guys go above and beyond every time. 5 stars doesn't seem enough!! Special mention to Sam B (Dental Nurse) Sorinela (Dentist) and Militsa (Customer Care) but a huge thank you and well done to all staff. A credit to the company xxx
I'm not a very big fan of dentist's but this place have been brilliant, best dentist I've ever been too. I would recommend anyone to go here for work on your teeth
Absolutely wonderful team of people, the reception team managed to get me an appointment the same day with severe toothache and being very nervous the dentist I saw was very calm and made me feel very welcome and I was soon on the mend and have now been back several times for treatments. Very clean and tidy practice and lovely friendly staff.
