The worst dentist I have ever been to. The lady who doesn't speak English (not judging - I am foreigner myself) wasn't able to answer simple questions. She even didn't understand what I came for!
Jim knew I'm afraid of the dentist and that I can't stand them but he still took me on for the braces that I got off yesterday, these past two years Jim has been wonderful with me and helped me overcome that fear. Reception are also very lovely. Would recommend to anyone wanting a dentist.
Disgusted with the service here. Very poor treatment and to make matters worse my son was compared to a car in a garage as I complained the work wasnt done properly in the first place.
Seen a few bad reviews but I recently went (and need to go back for treatment), and I thought all the staff were really nice. Reception was efficient, dental nurse was very friendly and Jim was excellent as he always is. It's never nice having to go to the dentist, but this is an excellent one IMO.
I needed a dentist the very same day, all the clinics said were busy, except that exact clinic..Treated my tooth the same day..Professionalism to the top, highly recommended..
