My family and I have been with this practice for years and have always had exceptional service. They are a lovely bunch of people and help you always and with a smile, nothing is to much trouble. Keep up the good work
I had a old filling that came out and called for an appointment. The reception staff where helpful and professional, they explained me the process of joining the clinic, told me about the cost, the 25 for booking (that can be carried on) and 60 for initial consult (with X-ray). I had my appointment with Dr German and Sophie. Told the doctor that I am nervous and terrified and he talked me through all the procedure while doing them. Had the initial consult and he told me what my problem where. Talked about the plan he has and the costs and dafter agreed he started working on my filling. He was talking with me and explaining what is happening during the process and that was calming and reassuring. I fled cared for and involved in the process, they where mindful about me being nervous and it was a calming experience. I will tell everyone how is looking for a highly professional and patient aimed practice, that this is the one.
Had my first visit to the dentist in nine years, and it couldnt have gone better. The dentist was very attentive and informative. The dental nurses were friendly and reassuring. The reception staff were polite and helpful, and even managed to squeeze me in with the hygienist, who was also incredibly nice, straight after my appointment.Amazing team through and through, and Ill be recommending the practice to everyone.
I paid 26 in advance for a dental checkup and I was seen by Andre Potgeiter. He did not give me my checkup. He said that his practice could not help me but refused to give me back the 26 fee. He seems to think that it is appearance money and not payment for services rendered. He ripped me off. Don't trust him or his practice. I found another dentist easily.
Excellent dental care and a lovely practice. I opted for tooth whitening and reshaping in the run up to getting married. Andre explained everything clearly. I was impressed with the quality of the trays compared to previous ones I'd had made. The whole process was carefully done and I achieved a good whitening result, with gel to use at home to continue the process. I have been so pleased with the care received that my fiancee will also be attending too. Thank you! Lovely staff on reception too!
