Friendly staff and good rates, However the van my son in law got was a pile of poo. It was more rusty than a scrap yard van and the diesel glow plugs did not work and they had stuck a bit of tape over the warning light so you could not see it. The van was difficult to start if left for more than 5 minutes. I think they should be ashamed of still renting out vehicles in that state.
