Be very carefully! This is a dubious business.I have rented a car there and the first ba news was, that they are not able to provide me the car I have reserved but a smaller one.Furthermore the car was extremely dirty. It was really ugly.But now the best reason not to book your car with europcar:The tank was 50% full and they told me they are not able to fill it up but I could return it half full again. Theys confirmed it on my booking ticket and in their system. I have returned the car with a 75% tank (which was of course a bad business). When I returned the car they told me that they will not do the check out directly. So I knew they will try to charge some points afterwards. And they did. They charged me 25 Pounds as I have not returned the car with a full tank. So you see, it will get expansive as they charge you something afterwards without any reason, uncomfortable in a smaller and dirty car and the service is unfriendly. Who needs this?!
