Terrible customer service. Our train broke down, staff refused to wait 9mins past closing time. 60 taxi later we arrived 2mins past closing time and staff in the carpark again refused to help. Horrible people. (0 Stars)
Disgrace of a company. Arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes after pick-up time and told that our car was reallocated and no other cars available. Was told policy was 2 hours but they could not produce anything in writing. They didn't bother to call us to check on our arrival. Save yourself time and stress and use the Enterprise just up the road.
Easy and no hassle service. Not much paperwork. I will return for sure.
I received a parking fine which wasn't my fault on the motorway services, the parking fine got cancelled but europcar still charged me 40 administration fee to post the fine to me. I called Europcar but they wouldn't cancel the administration fee as I couldn't provide proof in time that I wasn't at fault. Not happy
Got caught by speed camera when hired one of their car and Europcar is going to charge me 40 of administration fees just for the fact of giving my details to the Police. On the terms and conditions doesn't say they would charge 40. Never hiring again from this company. There are better others which don't do that.
