Fabulous day out at the mall. Parking area is enormous, so be patient when visiting as everyone wants to shop. Plenty to see and great variety of shops. Staff extremely well mannered and helpful. Very clean and pleasant to spend the day shopping and eating .
Large shopping complex filled with shops to suit every need. Food court on top floor has a decent range of choices with a large amount of seating available. The mall is clean, tidy and warmly heated with some lovely displays often out for the public to see. Toilets are cleaned regularly and there are adequate spaces for male, female and disabled persons. Friendly staff on site always keen to help and assist with a good security detail to get rid of any troublemakers in a professional and calm manner.Overall a great place to shop where you can go to all your favourite stores ten grab some food to go home on a full stomach.
Norwich's biggest shopping mall I would say. Basically you have everything (popular brands) under one roof. Would take around 2-3 hours to go shop around the mall. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They also do decorations and events for special occasions which are really nice. A great place to kill time just by window shopping
Chapelfield is easily the premium shopping destination in the region. You can easily find pretty much anything that you're looking for. I like the mix of the retail offer and the food establishments cover a really nice range of tastes and budgets.Parking isn't always easy and there will be a huge hole if House of Fraser goes.
