Good price for parking but awful design! Parked on level A, had to be out in a hurry as I was going to an event in the city, exited by the footpath beside the entrance ramp, but when I came back to pay I had to go up about 6 floors and halfway to Clinton's to find a pay machine. It's probably the only car park I know where the only pay machines are on the top floor!! :O
A great choice of shops. The 1 lift to serve a busy mall isn't sufficient for the foot fall. As a wheelchair user it was a long wait for others to use. The signage could be clearer as to where the lifts and toilets are.
It's really only a 4-star Mall. Decent for Norwich, but in a bigger city it wouldn't be a go-to option for me.+ good selection of shops+ well-lit and family friendly+ plenty of parking- parking is expensive - should really be a discount if you're a customer of one of the mall's shops- toilets not amazingly clean and broken sink in the gents
I love Castle Mall, Good Car Park, A lovely and good selection of food in the dinner hall. But I come to Castle Mall everyday, and I have realized most of the shops are closing... The top floor is the film's (VUE) and the floor below that is mostly empty! I love Castle Mall and I don't want I to close down!
It's a shame to walk around here and see so many empty shop spaces. This being said, management are trying to encourage the spaces to be used by the community for free activities such as table tennis, table football, children's games and music, which is a great idea. The maintenance of these spaces though needs to be improved to make it more enjoyable and worth while for those using them. For example, the piano in the music room has so many broken notes that to play anything wasn't really worth it.
