Great service!
It is the best Post Office in Norwich. The PO is in The Cellar House pub and is open 7 days a week and to later hours than regular POs. Mon-Thurs 10am - 8pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9.30am - 6pm and Sunday 9.30am - Noon. Don't worry if you miss the PO opening hours because it gives you an excuse to have a pint or a meal instead. Food is good, beer is excellent and vaping is allowed inside or out (if you're into that), just don't blow clouds of vapour where people are eating. Excellent.
When to post a letter and asked the woman if I could borrow some cellotape. She replied rudely with 'it is usually the customers responsibility' and slammed the tape on the side along with a sour face. Baring in mind we had just moved to the area the day before I think cellotape was the least of my worries. Very disappointed.
would give no stars if it were an option. its not a full post post and the staff do not know what they are doing.
