have used this post office several times with little issue or fuss. Went in yesterday at 5:30 for them to claim they close at 5:30 on a Wednesday (this is entirely not true as their google page and the sign outside pictured below both state a 6pm close on a wednesday) if they do close early on a certain day they need to communicate this better with their customers, if this was a one off there was no need to lie. will not be returning to this post office.
Friendly and clear about services. I opted to take photo there, bcoz the man at the till sounded very clear and confident about taking photo for passports, I explained that it was for my 7 weeks old son and paid cash as I was asked to, no bill was generated. Surprisingly he came out with a very outdated camera and asked me to hold the baby towards wall. I hassled through to put him straight and finally a picture was taken and printed. At this moment , seeing the photo print out himself, he became very unsure about the picture and started talking to me about sending this picture on the application form. He himself felt guilty about not taking the picture properly and wasn't patient enough to give it another shot....also told me that they are not staffed enough for it.... unsuccessful attempt, feeling ripped but did not feel to stand there and argue about it , it would have been pointless and might make me look like a weirdo as they had a small queue started, and I thought of their patience.... really bad experience.
Generally a fast service with very friendly and helpful staff.
