Diss Station. Only 1 payment point. Machine is completely illogical and slow. I missed my train because a cue of people unable to use it. You cost me 106 thank you! You have also dammed your prices up. Never again!

Horrible experience! I will stay away from their car parks. The worst car park. The surface is so damaged that you need to be careful every step that you take to not twist your ankles. The fences that surround it are broken and they lean towards the parked cars . You need to be very careful where you park. They dont care about their regular customers. All they care, is and to quote their words" we don't want to be out of our pockets" !

I overpaid timewise on my ticket but unfortunately missed the closure time on a Sunday. I returned to find the car park closed. I tried calling the phone number but had no reply. Therefore I was unable to get my car until the next day and consequently got a parking fine.I'm sure it says in the Ts&Cs that this is the case and although I feel this is unfair I will pay the fine.Again I disagree with this as I do feel the car parking fines are criminal hence the 1 star.

This car park is a long time residents car park for the 18 residents of Bethel Street development. The new owners RCP do not have planning permission to operate a commercial carpark. They offer 24 spaces. More than 6 customers are therefore parking on the residents spaces. This is like us parking on your drive. Not nice. If you must park, and not use the Forum next door, then you don't have to pay, since you only have to ask them when they ask you to pay a fine, 'what is your authority to charge' We would much rather you didn't park on our space, but until this is all resolved in the courts, we would rather you didn't pay RCP.

Ridiculous company: hand out parking tickets to paying customers using their mobile with the notification "no ticket displayed". Even though the terms and conditions say, one should try to print and display (sorry have no printer at home nor a mobile printer), the terms also say it's not strictly mandatory. If this company offers these services, they are strongly encouraged to upgrade all other services around it and equip and train parking attendees with equipment that can verify online paid parking fees. In particular, when the company explicitly encourages the user to use the app.Additionally, the app showed significant shortcomings, in particular with respect to the end of the paid parking time. Nor does the app has an alert about an imminent ending parking time. So there's substantial shortcomings with the use of the RCP app. At a later stage, the company shows additional significant shortcomings with other parts of the IT infrastructure. So, with the overall experience, it's not surprising they've failed to setup a correctly working parking app.
