Great easily accessible car park with wheelchair access directly into airport buildings. Recommend pre-booking (slightly cheaper rate). It would be helpful if their website made it more clear what their procedures were should you have to extend your stay in their carpark due to unforseen circumstances such as flight changes coming back to Norwich. Nevertheless it is a good basic carpark which does what is needed.
Booked supposedly 'flexible' product online, but due to changed flight numbers and times by the tour operator car park entry and exit times both needed to be brought forward by several hours. Spent ages trying to do this simple task online but to no avail. Also spent ages on the phone to NCP's customer care department (tried to do online chat but staff shortages meant no-one was available!), they were sympathetic - but like myself not able to amend the times unless they cancelled the booking, made a new one, and charged me more. The only advice I will give is leave booking until the last minute or use a taxi - much less frustrating!
