Worst club in Norwich, The staff are disgustingly rude, from bouncers to bar staff. The toilets and the whole place in general, is filthy. The music would appeal to 16 year old kids. I would never attend again
Bouncer was protecting his friends who are guests as well and If these friends will start pushing or start arguing u will be kicked out not them.
Price better than expected or compared to previous visits. It's also got a very decent smoking area.They didn't say set times for the event, which in the end meant leaving fairly early. They also make you take your jacket off, not a specific issue for me but it's worth mentioning as a few people were rightly annoyed and others might want to know.
An absolute shambolic experience from start to finish. A group of my friends and I had paid 23 each for "queue jump" tickets for the "greatest showman" event on NYE. Upon arrival my friends who got there first had their tickets rejected on the door and were forced to an extra 25 cash each, up front to a member of staff, who was clearly out to make money for themselves, despite the advertisement of " pre buy tickets for guaranteed entry" . These dodgy dealings had been confirmed upon my entry with another few friends who used the exact same tickets purchased from skiddle, allowed us to gain entry without a problem, clearly highlighting the horrible and illegal behavior by the staff at the door.In addition, the night itself was one huge lie, that's right, a LIE. Bongo players, saxophones, fire breathers, performers etc were promised and yet none were there, again another illicit act from the club which just highlights how much of farce this night was. The drinks themselves tasted like water, clearly watered down for profit and also the staff serving them were beyond rude and would not exchange when pouring incorrect drinks and only after a 15 minute heated exchange did we actually have the drinks changed.To summaries, this circus themed event was an absolute shambles and one huge lie with staff that can only be described as clowns.I expect for this to be escalated reviewed and compensated. I look forward to hearing from whichever clown decides to reply.
Worst club in Norwich prices are very high staff are rude doorman are very aggressive and the owner is as rude as the staff things he is better then ever one because he go money will never go Back there and would not recommend it 2 eny 1 plus glass all over floor sick on floor never again.
