I ordered two buggers, 6 chicken piece and chips. The order said it will be ready in 1 hour. The food arrived 1hour and 15mins. So not to bad for time keeping.The food was still warm and not over cooked.The chicken was really greasy but cooked well.The chips were okay. Very hard to chew.Over all the experience was good. I was happy with the order. The price was okay.The delivery driver was polite and said sorry for the delay. Happy with this take out. I do recommend USA fried chicken

Food was quite salty and fried chicken was a bit dry.Prices are quite high, more expensive than KFC without the quality. Not the best in Norwich, but certainly not the worse either. One of the better ones to be honest.

Horrible service. New to Norwich and first time to order. Called at 21:01 after a late shift at the hospital to deliver. The person on the phone said 30 to 40min which was fine. At 22:00 I very politely called saying just wanted to check if the order is on its' way. A different man on the phone with broken English said it hasn't left and will need another 15min before the order is sent. He said he can cancel it if I want. I said it is fine I don't have another option . Then he replied saying don't call me every 5min asking if it has left. We never tell people 30 to 40min for delivery with a sarcastic tone. Of course I told him then to cancel it.... Horrible service. Won't order again
