Had a Platinum 40 wash today and used a 10 off voucher from Tescos. Should have been a high-end clean but lots of places left unwashed such as around the boot number plate etc. Certainly wasnt worth the money and wont be using them again
An absolute con! I have a tiny little hatchback and the guy charged me 10 for it! There was someone with a big long saloon car who got charged 10 as well! When I queried why mine was the same price as the saloon, he said it was because he washed the outside and cleaned the inside. I only asked for the outside to be washed!! He said he had given me a discount because Im so beautiful! Yet hes given me a service I didnt want. The wash isnt even that good, theres still mud on my car and I also have a big long scratch down the side which wasnt there before! Avoid at all costs!
NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN, OMG absolute joke, cleaning the car is one thing but ripping it apart is another. Went to u guys today to get a full clean of our car at Tesco in sprowston, You guys jet washed it alright you bloody RIPPED A HOLE IN OUR RADIATOR when you were cleaning the engine, and the reason how we know this is because we had to the call AA out this evening because there was something wrong with the car he noticed a massive rip in the radiator. My husband told him everything was fine till we got it cleaned by you guys this morning. The AA bloke said it looks like you guys have ripped it as u were taking the jet wash out and you must of yanked it out to do that. SERIOUSLY UTTERLY DISGTACEFUL so so angry.
Shocking!! Went for the Gold Valet wash and should have immediately been put off by the misery on the young fellas face!25! Utter rip off. Like a fool I didnt check it over before I left. Got home to find that the mats had not been removed to vacuum under them and the same with rugs in the boot! The inside hadnt been dusted properly and the cup holders still had sticky drink residue in them. Seriously useless at this place. Top tip: drive a couple of miles and go to the one in Sprowston Road opposite the Aldi store.
I must admit I feel the service has gone down hill, think this maybe down to new ownership or something ,never had issues in the past always had good service.Now however different story. Mate had money stolen from his change tray. Not acceptable , will not be using in the future..
