Awful. Avoid at all costs. Car was half cleaned and I was made to feel awkward for my car having stuff to actually hoover. Was asked for more money when they looked inside my car which had a minimal amount of mess in the footwells. I wasn't asking for my car to be fully valeted, just cleaned outside and hoovered inside. Why offer a wash and hoover for 10 when you don't want to hoover it and only wash half of the oustide of the car. All in all, an absolutely shoddy little business that probably preys on people who are too timid or feel intimidated not to say anything. Disgusted! Don't take your car here, if actually needs cleaning. Always trying to charge you extra to hoover your car, if messy. Obviously it wouldn't need hoovering if not. They clearly state, 10 for hoover and clean outside/half clean. It never stated light clean. Then, they will slate you in their language, but will make sure you know it's you they are talking about.
I usually use Spenny Gs on dereham Rd but thought I'd give this one a go. I stayed in the car as I just got a wash. When I got home I noticed there was still obvious black dirt marks on my alloys and soap on the body work. So I ended up finishing the job properly. Enough said really.....
This place has been going downhill in the past 6 months and now they hit rock bottom. I wonder if the owner is aware??? I asked for a wash and hoover. The guy who washed the car was rude and clearly bored of his job. He left half the dirt on the front bumper... When I then moved to the drying area, another (also rude) guy said it was going to cost me 15 because my car is very dirty inside whilst the 2 girls were just giggling....Shocking!! My car was not even dirty, it hardly needed any hoovering, I just wanted it to be nicer. I told them to forget it. They clearly are working to their own pocket or just don't want to do the work at all! They did a pretty bad job for 6 - smeary patches and hand prints all over the car. As if customers were doing them a favour! They certainly lost me as I'll never go back there and recommend all my mates to go elsewhere. Plenty of competition around who actually do a good job and have minimum the basic customer service skills.
