Amazing and basic campsite. A great location away from everything, so quite. Fire pits were great as well.
Fantastic proper campsite with fires, no regimented pitches, plenty of space, and owner Bernie is a top bloke. We've been back 6 or 7 times since the first year we came, and plan to keep on going there!
Large field on a gentle slope with some hedging and tree's around the edge next to farmland. Some shading from the trees at the bottom end of the field in the afternoon. Pleasant day playing games there.
Excellent campsite. Quiet and remote. Lovely to have the wood burners and the central fire area. The showers were great. The composting toilets do the job!! A really well-maintained, clean site. Not for glampers, but for people that want a proper camping experience. Amazing location for big Norfolk sunsets and night skies. I should say, the site in the background in my photo is probably a little busier than normal as we took over the site for a church weekend away!
