Nice small site. No swings / slides etc for children. But central to lots of activities

This is a camping and caravan club site the staff were very friendly and helpful. The site is ideally situated in walking distance to Norwich City centre also bus service nearby. The site is all grass pitches but the facilities are very tired with only 2 showers in both ladies and gents serving 50 pitches. The grass is nicely mown with dog walks and play area alongside the river and 3 pubs in walking distance.

Useful as can get bus into city or walk 35mins but staff not very friendly and jobs worth in our opinion. Toilet/shower basic block clean. Train noise. Don't bother if just want to see city use parking out of town and get bus in

The site is handy for visiting areas around Norwich. The site has constant traffic noise, including a railway line which is used from early morning till late evening. The facilities are basic - tired. There are 2 showers in both the male & female blocks - one is absolutely tiny. The disabled one is obviously more generous. There are no privacy cubicles. The wardens are friendly and helpful and the flowers at the office are beautiful.

Nice location convenient for the city, quiet, rail lines near but they don't disturb during the night (just quiet local sprinters). Camping ground is separate from the 'van pitches, edged by wood one side and the confluence of two tributaries on two other sides. A repeat visitor said swans often come up to say hello in the morning! Facilities quite respectable (one chap said they were old fashioned but it's not a hotel, I don't know what he was expecting - importantly, you don't have to pay 50p for 5 min of shower water!)The only reason it's not 5 stars is the high cost. Because I'm not a member of the Club, they wanted to charge almost twice the price plus a hugh surcharge just for having the car on site. Thankfully the parking on the road outside is free until 8am and is almost entirely empty of residents. Later I decided to join so I could discount the price and return later in the year, but you need to join online so I couldn't get a discount on this stay even the next day while still on site. So I won't waste my money joining. Great way to lose custom. :-(
