Staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable. Good place to take the kids for breakfast as well as our son had books to read and play with and they do lots of food that kids can eat.
Had a breakfast brunch! Sausages lovely, the toast was bread and not cooked at all. The bacon was awful, very fatty/dry, and tasteless. 45 minutes wait.The last visit before this was excellent but unfortunately I wouldn't be returning again.

Cafe Britannia is brilliant. The scheme which helps low category prisoners to gain skills works really well. There are several outlets in Norwich and they are all good. All very pleasingingly decorated and fitted out. And yes the food is good!
Haven't been here for a year but today's Kings breakfast was not as good as I remember. Someone needs to tell them that Black pudding doesn't take more than a couple of minutes to cook so why do they cook it and then leave it laying around to dry out like thick cardboard, also the scrambled egg had obviously been sitting for some time. Sausages and bacon were spot on.
