Poor in the extreme.When I bank I wish to deal face to face with someone, but on every visit the Front of House staff try to railroad me into an automated service which, without fail, results in a longer wait than seeing someone at the counter.I went for a Financial Review today with a view to better managing my finances, and spent half an hour with some spotty oik trying to sell me insurances that I don't need. A waste of a lunchtime.
I've used both automated services and spoken to an advisor in branch multiple times. Really helpful staff, quick to process and with the facilities and the seats to make any wait (have barely had to wait) tolerable.Just why don't all banks open at better hours?

Good bank, good people, even better for those of us who want fast and automated service, and desks further down if you need a human, for some reason
