A big bus station with loads of coaches to different destinations.
First time using park and ride, 2 buses home scheduled, both of which did not turn up with no information or delays displayed on the screen. It simply moved onto the next bus time! Eventually turned up but left a large group of people shivering in the cold for over half an hour. You need to keep customers informed.

I'm sorry to say but your bus service to Lowestoft just recently have been applying busses not turning up and not being informed is not the way to treat your customers I could say more but it is not permitted
