Way too big way too busy... Layed out absolutely terribly it's such a messy looking station... I hate changing here... It's its a mad house, quiet place to read or chill out waiting for train or coach if theres a cancellation.... With phone/laptop/tablet charge ports
Norwich train station is run by Greater Anglia I am led to believe. I never had any issues whatsoever travelling from Cambridge into Norwich on the direct train. The train was well looked after and very clean, ticket collector was very friendly and happy and looked as if he enjoys his job, something of a rarity these days. Upon arrival into Norwich the arrivals were directed and organised very well by the platform staff. Usual range of shops around the entrance to the station to suit anyone's needs. A great experience all round. 5 *****
This station is very easy to navigate through and has few shops if you need your coffee buzz or a little snack however I couldn't find a lavatory.
The station is fine always clean and staff very helpful. Toilets average, staff work hard to keep them clean and tidy but some people just don't care about others ?... carpal in station is extremely frustrating getting in and out at peK times (beware ) ...
The station is close to the river. Has easy access to town and leisure area.Outside has a taxi rank where you can get plenty of taxis. Also there are coffee shops, flower shop, small off license to get some snacks and a couple of boxes to get a city map for a fee.
