Had an absolutely dreadful experience at this place on Saturday. I've been having massage for over 30 years so I think I know what quality is. This place is awful, the woman doing the 'massage' pinched my skin repeatedly, pressed over my spine with her arm (which really hurt), used cheap baby oil instead of a proper carrier oil, did not do a consultation (so I could have had injuries), did not cover me with a towel, did not use even basic massage techniques. I could go on and on. It should be closed down and I will be making an official complaint to the council, or whoever has given this dreadful place a license.
Managed to get an appointment for my daughter and myself at short notice on a Sunday. Big plus! Tina and Sophie were both very pleasant and friendly. We had a hour deep tissue massage in a lovely warm and relaxing room. We both came out feeling relaxed and satisfied the massage had worked. Look forward to visiting again. Thankyou ladies.
Excellent! Friendly and exquisite service from Tina.Should mention that I have been going to this centre every once and while and have always enjoyed it. Went there today and paid 45 for 1 whole hour. The masseuse name was Tina. From the moment she met me on entrance, I could tell it was going to be good. She had a great big smile and seemed friendly. We went to the therapy room. The room a good enough size. Clean and well decorated with a sink in the corner. I opted for a shoulder, back and neck massage. And then a head massage. She asked me what pressure i would like and I said medium/hard and it was perfect. The masseuse (Tina) was friendly and I chatted briefly at the start and then just relaxed into it. Hot towels were applied to my back after and that was nice. Its definitely up there with the best massagers I've had. I don't really have any negatives;it is what it is. Forgot to mention they have a loyalty card. Not sure I will fill all the blanks to receive a free massage but it's a good idea if you go often. Will definitely go back at some point in the future.Bobby
Great experience as I suffer from Arthritis. The pain relief lasted for several days. The room is very clean and warm and the staff are friendly and really know about the benefits of Chinese medicine.
Whats a great experience for a lady. I read some of the previous reviews.... they are rubbish and vindictive! I was greeted with a friendly smile. The rooms were modern and spotless. I was asked about my health and if I had health problems. I requested more work on my lower back. The massage was very professionally performed and exta was done for my back. I cant recommend it highly enough I will return often.
