Great service, installation engineer was friendly and professional. Very fast turn around time from getting calling up on the Monday and having the new boiler installed the same Thursday. very happy with the service, would highly recommend.

First-rate customer care, extremely friendly and reliable. My boiler broke down leaving me with no hot water or heating. HGS did everything possible to ensure it was up and running again in no time. HGS have serviced our boiler for the last 4-5 years. Always courteous and efficient, this year they also flushed a radiator. It was too heavy for the engineer to move alone so he flushed it in situ without leaving a trace of muck or mess - very impressive.
