What a breath of fresh air Recover-Physio are! Having been told because of ongoing knee problems I would need to take painkillers and anti inflammatory drugs for the rest of my life (errr no thanks) I was delighted when my tennis coach recommended Recover-Physio who have changed my life! We discussed a realistic exercise programme and at each session we completed exercise tasks specific to my problems and I then had deep tissue massage which helped no end. An amazing group of people who actually look at the problem and without the use of drugs have changed my life. I still complete my exercise programme each day and am so glad I didn't just agree with those who think a life of taking drugs is the answer.
