Staff really helpful ..once I got home and opened dog food realized I had bought wrong age group .. hopefully I can exchange one of unopened packets for correct age
Well...having seen PaH's offers on dog crates...I was all set to purchase one. I was unsure of the boot dimensions of my car...so went to speak to a member of staff. The chap on the till told me their tape measure was broken and offered no further comment, so that was the end of my visit.
You can just tell in here that the animals are happy and cared for. The enclosures for the rodents are a little small. Whild I wouldn't personally buy a cage smaller than 80cm long for a Syrian hamster, they seem happy enough. Good variety of toys and chews for all domestic pets.
Staff had very little product knowledge and knew little about the pets they were selling. Trying to sell the most expensive cages as opposed to what ones are best for your pet.
The staff here have all been very helpful with my family as we have recently got a puppy. We've joined their store and now each purchase makes money for a charity of our choosing.The staff have been helpful every visit, getting things off the shelf for me when needed and advised about the best things to do, buy etc. A fantastic store with knowledgeable and helpful staff.
