The problem with Google reviews is it's just full of grumpy middle-aged women who probably rang the company whilst in a foul mood in the first place, and because they couldn't do EXACTLY as she asked EXACTLY when they asked it, probably lost her s**t over it. Give them a call and make your own mind up and stop reading the babbling of a crazy woman....
Appalling customer service. I did not use their services just based on this and I would not recommend to anyone. There are plenty of removal companies in the area which have a much better way of communicating with people about their moving needs. Very disappointed after giving them plenty of chances to do a good job. Will not be using until they sort this major problem out.
