You can't argue that the ticket price is reasonable but holy hell the add-ons are diabolic. With soft drinks being very watered down and popcorn being as valuable as gold it would seem. Take your own snacks or be prepared to be stiffed. Friendly staff (but short on numbers). It's a reasonable experience.
Cinema is back at a reasonable price!! 5 for a ticket for any film at any time. It's a breath of fresh air and makes the whole experience much more affordable again. The theatre was clean and well looked after, the staff friendly and the seating comfortable. This has just become my families first choice of cinema in Norwich again. Car park is free, just make sure you get your ticket validated and you put it in the machine.
For leisure it's not bad as it's situation very top floor of Castle Mall, the evening was a bit quiet, but staff attentive. Some the seats are lumpy so could do with replacing, but for the price (about 5 less then other venues) is we accept. Overall still comfortable.
Love going here. Cheap ticket price is excellent! Means it's possible for everyone to have a night out and enjoy a film. Also the theatre shows there are a fabulous experience. Would highly recommend.
This cinema is a bit smaller than some but I was very impressed with the quality of the seating. It was much bigger and more comfortable than others I have been to. And at 11 pounds for two people it was great value. We could park at castle mall and have our ticket stamped at the cinema so exit was free. We will favour Vue in the future. Very relaxing evening.
