What an amazing service my remote on my car had stopped working and the the only lock on the car failed as well. Phil and his team were working on my car just hours after I reported the problem and in the end were able to Pick my car lock thus opening the car the cut and programmed me a new key all done and actually saved me money. Will be going nowhere else now regardless on what lock you have problems with I'm sure these guys will sort it at a great price thanks Guys. The wife is happier now as well.

Fantastic customer service and first rate expertise. Rhys went very much above and beyond in order to get to me with the correct equipment and replacement keys when I had lost my car keys in Norwich on a cold and wet Saturday evening. Other locksmiths had said the job was not possible because I did not have the code card, however Rhys overcame the difficulty and produced a working remote fob and key, all within half an hour of arriving at car park. And at a cheaper rate than ordering a new key in normal circumstances from the Vauxhall dealer. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.
