Broadland have always been super helpful, sheltered us when we were in need, been entirely appropriate with the way that they conduct themselves and have provided a much better landlordship than I could have ever expected. So lucky to live in a country where what they are able to do is possible. Life savers. Thank you so much.
Very Very Unhappy About The Service. 7 Days No Hot Water, Where I Live They Kept Playing Up From This And That. No Engineer Turning Up. 3 Childrens And 2 Adults And I Am A New Tenant As Well. I Took The Keys On The 22 August 2018. They Are All A Bunch Of Liars.I Tried The Emergency Out Of Hours Contact Telephone Number Of The Tenant Handbook. They Dont Do the Service For The Broadland Housing. I Am Still Waiting To Call Me Back.VERY VERY VERY VERY USELESS SEVICE....
Tried looking at and using the website it has changed and is now pointless as i can't access and view things that i used to be able to. What has happened to Broadland H A it used to be fantastic but now i seem to feel disappointed by it. Having been a tenant for 22 years i really have noticed the down hill slide, feel very sad about it!
