Took my wedding dress in for cleaning and boxed storage. It did take a bit of time but my dress wasn't heavily stained so not a huge rush for me personally (and I appreciate I brought it in right in the middle of wedding season so bound to take some time). My dressed was cleaned and boxed beautifully. Really lovely service. Thank you.

I wouldn't give any rating if I could continue the post without marking a star. I am extremely disappointed after taking my daughter's wedding dress to be cleaned over a month ago. I appreciate it's a very busy cleaners but at no time do they inform you that the wedding dresses are only cleaned when they have time. I was informed that one hanging in the shop ready had taken 2-3 months! I chased after two weeks and was told it could take a month. They said they would try to put it on priority but obviously not. This isn't great customer service and they don't even ring to advise of any delays. Never again! They didn't even seem bothered that I was so annoyed.
