So, I must spend a great deal in this shop, in Florida, Lakeside and the Great Yarmouth store and they are amazing, friendly, great customer service (just as retail workers should be) but in the Norwich store, I have never in my time met some stuck up, snotty workers in my life and its always like that when I go there. I will never shop in that store again, and im not the only person to feel this way. Ladies, you only work in pandora, you are not more special then any other retail worker!!
Was served by Hollie today, she was fab!! I had a issue with a ring I brought a few years ago and she fixed the problem in moments and gave me great service! Lovely clean shop and was served by Hollie quickly! Great place to get quality necklaces, rings etc and great service! Fab fab fab! Will be back xxx

My boyfriend took me here as we were on a weekend get away and he wanted to treat me to a ring I had wanted for a long time, the service was very good the lady serving us was very polite and helped us quickly even though the store was quite busy. We ended up getting two rings and they packaged them nicely. I would definitely go to this store again as I didnt feel judged in there.
