No I wasn't there but if you're in Norwich it's everywhere and they are the biggest.
Lack of communication is astounding for a company that prides itself on customer service, if you go with this company then be prepared to chase your own progress on repairs and expect being fobbed off a given, most of the good reviews in this site will have been written by staff, check trustpilot as they have 82% bad reviews, much more reflective of the company in my opinion, stay away.
I was working here and their employee polices are fairly good... Would have loved to continue work in there.

Im insured with a different company and waiting from Jun with my claim against your insurer.Please dont join to this rubbish company if you dont want have problems in the future to avoid stress disappointment and disrespectful behaviour from the staff of this company.Not recommended at all to anyone. Im really disappointed of this situation that Aviva dont want and up to now dont do it nothing from 05/06/2018.I would like mention that your insurer its responsibility for that accident and whole situation with my injury and lost of earning.
