I was fortunate enough to be able to get an appointment the same day with Frankie. Totally impressed! I felt completely at ease with Frankie as he knew exactly what I wanted to accomplish with my hair and he was completely confident in what he was doing. Also helped my confidence as he talked me through everything he was doing as he cut and blow dried my hair. I can out of the salon completely happy with the result, and having now washed and blow dried it myself am completely and utterly in love with the result which is rare as it normally takes me a good few days of practice before I'm happy with a new haircut. I felt that I was getting a brilliant service from someone who was confident and passionate about giving the best possible result. Totally worth every penny!

Very friendly and welcoming. Good hair stylists that listen and can use their own initiative with what might suit you best. Prices a bit high but worth it for a good hair cut
There's something refreshing about this salon compared to the many that exist in Norwich City centre. It's a combination of the incredible staff, the relaxed pace and warm atmosphere that does it. I'm always really pleased to visit and my stylist makes an effort to remember me, how I like my hair and even how I like my tea. It's another fine example of a business who've mastered the art of keeping customers through great work, not low prices. And finally it should probably be mentioned that I'm always exceptionally happy with my haircut!
