Wonderful service - I never thought that some Hospitals/wards would not accept flowers - Before completing my order Lisa phoned the Hospital and checked; called me back to confirm the ward and finally called me back again to give me the bad news. I was phoning from the Hague, so it was extremely helpful to get such helpful service.
We (Paul, Shaun and Chrissy) ordered flowers for our mum and mother in law's funeral. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what i asked for and imagined. I was a little nervous ordering flowers from a florist I had never used before (We live in Brighton and USA) but Sachiko is so professional and although my description was a bit vague she knew exactly what i wanted and Christine would have wanted. We cannot thank Libby ferris enough and highly recommend.
