Went for some checks which they said it would take a few hours as they were busy which is fine. They didn't call me back to say when it was done and you had to chase them up. Not only that but when I went back they didn't even have the paperwork to go with it which was really disappointing. Also trying to get a hold of them is near enough impossible! I am not questioning the work they done on the car, as when I finally got through to them they did explain and done a good job. However, the customer service was not good at all!
Always use this service centre for MOTs (5+ years now). Booking the MOT slot online is a doddle (and often at a discounted rate). Can be hard to find a parking spot when dropping the car off but staff are happy to move it for you if necessary.You'll get a courtesy call when your MOT has been completed. Friendly reception.

Did the job fine - but customer service is really ropey. It's as if they prefer you, the customer, not to be there. The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and good but on site wasn't good. They should send the team to a hotel or decent restaurant to see how to respond to customers
Booked my baby in for his MOT....firstly I was most impressed that I could get an appointment on a Sunday...with my working schedule that is a big plus. The staff was friendly and well informed. My MOT was done on time and a friendly guy contacted me by phone to let me know my car was ready. The check out process was quick and painless....and the charity box toffees on sale in reception were delicious!
