Hi, my book arrived in the post and was well being wrapped in a slightly hardened cardboard style envelope! Well pleased with the service and would not hesitate in using City Bookshop again, top job and well done!

Went in 10 days ago was given email address for me to send pictures of set of books which i did and no reply. So i sent again 3 days ago and no reply. So went in today and the bloke who served me was confused. Didn't listen. So ithen was told this morning the 4th july 2017 they had emailed me i checked and there was nothing. Overall experience a waste of time 226 mile round trip for nothing.City books as useful as a chocolate teapot.
