We told Oyster exactly what we wanted and was given an Immediate answer. Trawling through the internet searches had not met our needs. They spend two hours making arrangements for five people with certain requirements. The staff had personal experience of the hotels giving us their honest views of each. Our holiday in Cyprus, flying from Norwich, met by private taxi and taken to a lovely hotel this is what we wanted. Well done you efficient, friendly ladies.
